Ravenheat, the boiler manufacturer based in Leeds, has joined forces with regional installer Allen Hart, owner of CCH Leeds, in addition to Gas Safe Registered engineers from around the nation to provide his newest charity setup.
To raise as much money as possible for The Candlelighters Trust, Allen has been providing totally free boiler installations and maintenance for customers in return for a donation to his chosen charity.
The Candelighters Trust donates hundreds of thousands of pounds for research study into children’s cancer each year, in addition to supplying practical and emotional assistance for families of children experiencing cancer.
Recently passing his target of 25,000, he started providing charity installs in memory of his daughter Laura Hart who lost her battle with an unusual form of cancer in 2007, aged just three years old.
To be able to finish the projects he selects for charity installations, Allen depends on boiler and parts contributions from makes and time from regional installers.
On his most current project in Harehills, Leeds, he approached Ravenheat to supply a boiler. In addition to donating a highly efficient WH90 combi boiler for the seven-radiator system, the company’s technical service manager John Wilson likewise offered the radiators needed to complete the project.
